Version 2026-10-28. These terms cover Cardwright (this website) and order packs sent through it. Buying printed cards on Etsy is also covered by Etsy's own terms and the NeuralProxiesMTG shop policies.
Cardwright is run by NeuralProxiesMTG, an Etsy shop. You can reach us through our Etsy shop. By using Cardwright you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Cardwright is free to use for designing and exporting cards. You may use it for personal projects, gifts, classrooms, events, teams and your own small business. Please don't try to break, overload or misuse the site or its services.
Cards made with Cardwright are fan-made, for personal use. They are not official cards of any game and must not be used for sanctioned tournament play, sold as genuine cards, or passed off as originals. Cardwright is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast or any other game publisher. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Don't use Cardwright for content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, harassment or threats, hate against people for who they are, other people's private information, or anything that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark. We may refuse to print, delete or disable any content or link that breaks these terms, and we may report illegal content.
We don't use cookies or accounts, and we don't sell data. We count page visits and which features are used, by day, without storing your IP address or anything that identifies you; this is skipped if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Background removal and pop-out run on your device. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes requests to run the site. Orders on Etsy are covered by Etsy's privacy policy.
Cardwright is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that exported files will suit every printer.
To the extent the law allows, NeuralProxiesMTG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost designs or data, arising from your use of Cardwright. Our total liability for any claim about Cardwright is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
You are responsible for the content you upload. If someone makes a claim against us because content you uploaded infringed their rights or broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.
If you believe something made or shared with Cardwright infringes your copyright, message us through our Etsy shop with the link or order code and details of your work, and we'll look into it promptly.
We may update these terms. The version date at the top will change, and the new terms apply from then on. Orders already sent stay under the terms you agreed to when you sent them.
